Brain Fog

If you feel groggy after waking up and are a little forgetful, then you may be oversleeping. When you oversleep, it interferes with your circadian rhythm, and you wake up not feeling refreshed.

Headaches During The Day

If you can't shake a headache, you might be sleeping too much. While there are other reasons for headaches, oversleeping is a massive cause, as it interferes with replenishing and nourishing your body as you sleep.

Lethargy

If you sleep in expecting to feel refreshed and rested but wake up feeling more tired, you might have overslept. Lethargy is a way for your body to tell you that you might have slept too much.

Napping During Daytime

When you sleep excessively, all your body wants is to sleep more. If you feel like napping during the day, even after a good night's sleep, you must try correcting your sleep hygiene and limiting your time on devices before bed.

When you sleep too much, you might struggle to deal with stressful situations. Oversleeping can make you feel overwhelmed and confused.
